The noises are not a chinchilla but a balloon being rubbed against something! Big waste of money! Who ever made this must never have seen or heard a chinchilla...

My chinchilla, prince was sleeping and I played wake and he woke up but didnt get out of his bed so I guess it works.

The sounds need to better and not have as much background nose that sounds like a fan or air is blowing on the microphone. My chinchilla isnt responding to it. I think if I had a duck it would probably respond to these sounds better!!
